Ross Associates returns to Collaborative Solutions!
Collaborative Solutions was my business name in California between 1992 and 1999, when I shut the busness down and took a full time job at University of Phoenix. When I moved to Florida in 2001, I opened under the name Ross Associates. Three of my sons have used the name because they are my associates in helping small businesses like theirs to succeed.
Collaborative Solutions means that we work together, person-to-person, in bringing success to businesses of our clients. I have often thought of myself as a Sherpa, both a tribal name and occupation name for natives of the high country in Nepal and the Himalayas. These hardy people guide most climbs of Everest and other high summits. We are Sherpas too. When you are climbing toward excellence and success, we know the way and carry the bags! We feature advanced leadership skills training, dialogic communication and community building, strategic business plans, all kinds of meeting facilitation, and mediation of conflicts.
