Strategic Questioning Paradigm
Change Questions
We use a unique questioning sequence to help individuals discover what they want and need and how to make the changes to get there. Here are the Core Principles:
Listening facilitates change.
The answer to any problem lies in the context where it is.
A strategic question brings forth new information.
To make changes we have to know HOW to make changes.
A strategic question asks how can we move, not remain static.
A strategic question respects the person being questioned.
Strategic questions seek out opinions other than our own beliefs. but don't abandon those beliefs.
Ask us about our Strategic Questioning Workshop.
We'll teach you how to use this valuable tool at work and in your personal life to resolve challenges with other people. An example of an application is that I assisted a married couple who were also business partners to dissolve their business and add vitality to their marriage.
