• What unique qualities do we have that will lead to a winning strategy in our marketplace?
• How should we time our initiatives in order to realize early wins and a strategic sequence of successful actions?
• Do we have, or can we get, the necessary resources to pursue our strategy?
• What is the backup plan?
• How can we best obtain the greatest financial returns on our strategic investments?
• Is our strategy consistent with the other elements of our business?
• Is our strategy ready to be implemented and driven by our management team?
