As an Organizational Developoment consultant, I bring academic experience as an MBA level Professor in Organizational Behavior, Professor of Psychology and Business at four colleges and universities, and as both a professional facilitator and a certified mediator. I have successfully facilitated change efforts for many clients.

The breadth of experiences gained from my leadership roles in higher education, and a wide range of consulting engagements have helped honed my skills relative to creating unique strategic plans, to group and meeting facilitation, and to problem solving.
